Noval Advanced Rendering treatment process converts carcasses into three end products:
Carcass meal (proteinaceous solids)
Melted chicken oil/fat
Water
We use a combination of thermal processes involving shredding, cooking, evaporating, and drying. Mechanical processes include pressing, decanting, and separating.
