The company was founded by Siva Sankar with the aim to reduce waste. After successfully implementing the company’s subscription-based model for waste management in various parts of India, he ventured into slaughterhouse waste management.

Our Technology
We believe that every animal deserves the best nutrition and hence we use Advanced Rendering Technology to convert animal waste into protein.
This treatment process efficiently converts animal mortalities into three distinct end products:
- Carcass meal (proteinaceous solids)
- Melted chicken oil/fat
- Water.
We use a combination of thermal processes involving shredding, cooking, evaporating, and drying. Mechanical processes include pressing, decanting, and separating.
The primary carcass treatment processes involve size reduction, followed by cooking and the separation of fat, water, and protein materials. Techniques such as screening, pressing, and drying are employed to accomplish this. The resulting carcass meal serves as a valuable animal feed ingredient.
The rendering process for poultry waste is widely recognised as the most effective and profitable method of waste disposal. The meat meal derived from the waste contains a high protein content ranging from 40% to 50%, along with a fat content of 10% to 15%. This chicken meat meal is then sold as a by-product.
Our method is completely sustainable as it does not release any residue, thus preventing environmental pollution.
